Organized for development of Sandstone Quarries of Lorain and Medina Counties. Connecting at Grafton, Ohio, with the Cleveland, Cincinnati, Chicago & St. Louis Ry., and Cleveland, Lorain & Wheeling R.R. Ten miles of track (standard guage) and sidings in operation.
